具体含义为：

种子小于50G 做种时间超过1小时且分享没有达到1的会被删除

种子小于200G大于50G 做种时间超过3小时且分享没有达到0.5的会被删除

种子小于500G大于200G 做种时间超过5小时且分享没有达到0.5的会被删除

种子小于1000G 大于500G   做种时间超过10小时且 分享没有达到0.5的会被删除

种子小于500G 做种时间超过24小时  会被删除

种子大于500G  做种时间超过48小时 会被删除

删除种子顺带删除数据，给我们留硬盘空间
